Multi-platinum entertainer Sara Evans will take the stage at the 草榴成人社区 Theater in the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts Wednesday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. One of country radio鈥檚 most-played female artists of the last two decades, Evans will bring her timeless, high-energy storytelling to the opening night of the 2025-26 Scheidegger Touring Series.

The Missouri Humanities Council (MHC) has awarded a grant of $15,000 to the College of Arts and Humanities in support of the project entitled 鈥淐ivicAI: Empowering Civic Engagement through Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence.鈥
